I request that there be a Coroner's Inquest into the death of Tammy Lee Ellis. The circumstances around Tammy's death point to systemic problems with 911 emergency services and a growing need to re-evaluate and improve 911 emergency services for the residents of the East Kootenay. We must ensure that 911 services are readily available to everyone at all times.
