I work in the mall in Tamarac Mall in Cranbrook, I lady came running into my store and told me to call 911 she said that somone was having a heart attack. So i called 911 and said that somone was having a heart attck. The lady on the other end was asking are they young, old, male, female, i told the lady i don't know they are in the parking lot and im in the mall, the operator made me put down the phone run to the middle of the parkin lot and find out. Then she asked me the adress so i went ahead and told her 1500 Crabrook St north, she's like that not a resdental adress i said no its the mall. I said the Winner end of the mall. She askes me the Winners End? Well what the adress i said i gave it to you. Then I went ahead and said the driver well understand the winners end of the mall.

I think that we need somone on the other end of the phone that knows the area, everyone in the east kootenay's know the Winners end of the mall.
