We're looking for stories about your experiences with the 9-1-1 service. Anyone is welcome to submit their story but we are primarily looking for those who live, or lived, in the East Kootenay region after October of 2004.

As you can see, we don't have many current first hand accounts. Please help us change that. We've certainly heard lots, but we need you to send the full story to us so we can continue to make the problems known.

As much as we need to hear your stories, East Kootenay MLA, Bill Bennett, is the guy who will officially pass your story on to the right people. If you truly want to see change then you HAVE TO talk to him. Bill's contact info is at the bottom of our home page.

The only real requirement for sending us your story is your problem must be about your dealings with the 9-1-1 call center located in Kelowna - following the amalgamation of the call centers in late 2004.
